The Role

We are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic individual into this interesting and varied role of Site and DT Technician.

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Site Technician to assist our Estates Manager and his team with the safety and maintenance of our site. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an educational environment and join our hard-working team, ensuring the smooth operation of our school.

The successful candidate will be a well-motivated individual and have a good knowledge of routine basic maintenance. Duties will include building compliance checks, minor repairs, caretaking duties, cleaning duties, driving the school minibus, use of power tools and securing the building.

 

12 hours a week will be spent in our Design & Technology department. We are looking for someone who is able to prepare resources, support with practical demonstrations in the classroom and maintain a clean and safe working environment. The successful candidate will need to be a highly organised, hardworking, flexible individual who also enjoys working in a busy school environment.
